Shipping in Canada
We ship in British Columbia with Canada Post and Purolator to keep the shipping reasonable. Being a small business we cannot absorb the shipping, however if your order is over $200 we often do not charge the full amount. We can also deliver orders in Prince George at our discretion. You can also pickup at the store location Monday-Friday 9-5. If you want to shop after hours or on the weekend reach out first for an appointment. We are closed on holidays. For other areas in Canada please contact the team first as we have restrictions on some products.
Returns
We stand behind our brands for the professional who is trained to use or operate. If a product is not performing immediately as it should and it is determined that it is faulty we will replace. If the customer has had the product for more than 1 week and finds it not working we cannot replace as we have no control over the use, storage or conditions of the product once it leaves our building. However we are open to a discussion for each situation. It is important that the product is used correctly according to the mfg guidelines of which we provide as technical support. It is also important to make sure you purchase product according to your skill level and needs to ensure a positive experience. For equipment we follow the brand warranty policies for each situation.
