This Footlogix Tincture formula is designed to treat onychomycosis in toe nails and finger nails. This can be caused by trauma in the nail plate and or moisture mixed with bacteria breeding in detached nail extensions, air pockets or lifting. Many clients are more vulnerable to these conditions so hygiene is of the utmost importance. Discolored nails are usually associated and where ever there has been extreme nail damage. Prevention is the key to good practices as a technician. This formula can be used daily to help with this condition remembering it takes time for a nail to grow out. Do not cover a nail in this condition with color so that it can be monitored. Home maintenance is required. Extreme cases would need to seek medical attention.
