This hydraulic spins and can be raised up. It is simple but comfortable. It includes a foot rest and low stool to work off of. The foot basin or stainless steel bowl is not included. Equipment is prepay and allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The freight is added on depending on how and where the unit is shipped. The spa carts are to be assembled and are easy to clean.
