The level 10 series creates a toner based on the primary pigment in each one. The mixing is 1:1.5 for 20 minutes. Base the toning on color theory. When you mix the 10 series with 40 volume oxicreme 1:2 this creates a high level lift that processes for 45 minutes. 30 minutes lift and deposit in the last 15 minutes. The 000 is a lift with not pigment so it can be used in the high level formula or lightening formula to give an extra level of lift. A strip in the bottom of the bowl with an extra cap of developer.

The color is based on Liposome Delivery System and has Keratin, B5, Panthenol, Argan oil and Thermal water to name a few amazing ingredients.
