The paraffin add on service requires the warmer and paraffin mainly. Once you have applied the paraffin in layers to the hands, feet or elbows you can then put on a liner or wrap in plastic and then wrap in a towel or use a designed boot or mitt to keep in the warmth. The warm provides a therapeutic action where heat softens the skin and creates deep absorption of ingredients applied along with relief of sore aching muscles. Do not apply on any open wounds or inflammation.
