The PreEmpt RTU surface cleaner is not diluted. You use on the surfaces to clean and disinfect in between each customer. The general surfaces will get sprayed and dried to remove organic material. The high traffic surfaces will get sprayed 2X and left wet contact time of 3 minutes to be a high level disinfectant. The wipes are convenient to use and work the same.
