The Cleaning Station must have hand washing facilities with running water and soap.

Wash is diluted and cleans all your implements with scrubbing to remove the organic material. Rinse. Dry. You can also use the Wash to clean everything at the end of the day.

Soak implements in CS20 for 20 minutes. Remove. Rinse. Dry. Store in a bag, pouch, or container until use. Do not dilute CS20. Do not leave for more than 20 minutes. Use vinyl gloves when working with CS20. Fill tray to cover the implements. This will last for 14 days use. Then replace.

The surfaces of your service area must be wiped in between each client with RTU. The first swipe is to clean the organic material from the surface. Then your second wipe must stay wet for 3 minutes contact time to be a higher level disinfectant. Then dry.

All wood, foam, soft plastic, pumice, cardboard, sponge are considered porous and can harbour bacteria so these items are considered disposable. 1 time use only. Stainless steel, glass, aluminum, nickel, some hard plastic can be sterilised without breaking down.

Use vinyl gloves for cleaning as they are cheaper. Use nitrile gloves for services as they are surgical and 100% protection for you and the client.

Watch the expiry dates to use up accordingly. The concentrate can be used as a cleaner, surface cleaner and high level disinfectant soak with different dilutions. We teach the hygiene protocol in all of our classes. We have a nail program also. Check the calendar for dates.
